Mr. Rakesh Yadav brings over frontline leadership, operational command, and national-level security experience to Golden Circles Consultancy.  For Mr. Yadav, safety is not a compliance exercise — it is a life skill. He believes that “Every student must learn safety as a habit — a mindset they carry everywhere: on the road, at home, in school, and eventually in the workplace.” For children who learn to value their own lives, and the lives of others grow into adults who are more conscious, responsible, and ready to contribute meaningfully to society.

I have always believed that safety is not a rule, it is a habit we build. Whether it is the way we drive, cross a road, or make decisions, safety begins with awareness and respect for life. Studying in the IB and later at McGill University shaped how I see systems, society, and responsibility. History taught me that communities thrive when people feel secure. Political science showed me that good systems protect those within them. Golden Circles Consultancy was born at that intersection. Schools hold our most precious people, children. They deserve environments that are prepared, mindful and safe every single day. At GCC, we work with schools to build safety not as a checklist, but as culture. A way of thinking. A shared commitment. My vision is simple: Safety as habit. Safety as culture. Everybody safe, everyday.

Shri Manoj Kumar Dubey

Inspector General of Police, CRPF (Retd)

Shri Manoj Kumar Dubey is a Security Advisor to Golden Circles Consultancy and a former Inspector General of Police (IGP), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), with over 36 years of distinguished service in security leadership and risk management. A recipient of the President’s Police Medal for Distinguished Service and the Police Medal for Meritorious Service, he brings extensive expertise in security strategy, emergency preparedness, crisis response, and institutional security. He currently serves as Senior General Manager (Security & Liaison) at Jaypee Hotels Limited.

Purshottam Dutt Vashist

Education Advisor

Purshottam Dutt Vashist is an Education Advisor to Golden Circles Consultancy and a senior education leader with over 25 years of experience in India and the Middle East. A former Founding Principal of an IB Continuum school and an active member of the International Baccalaureate Educator Network (IBEN), he has led schools through establishment, authorisation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. He brings deep expertise in school leadership, governance, strategic planning, accreditation, and institutional development, helping schools build safe, sustainable, and high-performing learning environments.

Ms. Nandini Mital

Media and Communications Advisor

Ms. Nandini Mital is a Media and Communications Advisor to Golden Circles Consultancy and a retired Indian Information Service officer with over four decades of experience in journalism, public communication, and broadcasting. A distinguished media professional, she has covered Presidents, Prime Ministers, Vice Presidents, and other national and international dignitaries throughout her career. She brings deep expertise in strategic communication, media engagement, crisis communication, and public messaging, helping institutions communicate with clarity, credibility, and confidence.

Vibhuti Sushant

Legal Advisor

Advocate Vibhuti Sushant is a Legal Advisor to Golden Circles Consultancy, bringing over 17 years of legal experience in criminal law. He provides strategic legal guidance on child protection, POCSO-related matters, statutory compliance, and legal risk management for schools. His expertise supports educational institutions in developing legally compliant policies, responding appropriately to sensitive incidents, and strengthening governance frameworks that protect students, staff, and the institution. He also advises on complex legal matters arising from school operations, ensuring that compliance is aligned with both statutory requirements and best practices.

Associate Consultant

Khushboo Wadhawan is an Associate Consultant – Operations and Client Engagement at Golden Circles Consultancy. She supports the planning, coordination, and execution of consultancy projects, ensuring seamless client engagement and operational excellence across programmes. With experience in education, human resources, and organisational coordination, she brings strong expertise in project management, stakeholder communication, documentation, and process improvement. Her collaborative approach helps schools experience responsive support and efficient implementation throughout their engagement with GCC.

Sagar Adasare is an EHS and Fire Safety Consultant associated with Golden Circles Consultancy, with over 11 years of experience across data centres, commercial and residential developments, high-rise buildings, chemical plants, and pharmaceutical facilities. A NEBOSH-certified professional and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor, his expertise includes safety audits, hazard identification and risk assessment, fire prevention, emergency drills, incident investigation, and statutory compliance. He supports GCC’s work with schools by assessing physical and operational risks and strengthening fire and emergency preparedness.

1. Our school already follows CBSE / IB safety norms. What more does GCC add?

Compliance tells you what must exist on paper. GCC looks at how systems actually function on a regular school day under pressure, with real people, in real situations. We examine staff readiness, decision-making under stress, blind spots between policy and practice, and whether safety measures are understood rather than just documented.

2. Will GCC's work disrupt school routines or create fear among students and staff?

No. Our work is designed to fit into the rhythm of the school, not interrupt it. Safety is positioned as preparedness and confidence, not fear or surveillance. We are careful about language, tone, and timing especially with students and parents. When done well, schools report greater calm, not anxiety.

3. How is GCC different from a standard one-time safety audit?

Most safety audits end with a report. GCC focuses on what happens after the report, translating recommendations into clear actions, staff ownership, and sustainable practices. We work at the human level, not just the infrastructure level, because most safety failures happen because people hesitate, misjudge, or assume someone else will act.

4. When is the right time to engage GCC?

Schools typically engage GCC during moments of growth, transition, or reflection not only after an incident. Campus expansion, leadership changes, curriculum transitions, or the sense that policies exist but daily practice feels inconsistent are all the right moment. Engaging early means building systems before urgency dictates decisions.

5. Does GCC cover DPDPA compliance as well as physical safety?

Yes. GCC is one of the few school safety consultancies in India that covers both physical safety systems and digital data protection compliance under the DPDPA 2023. Schools collecting student data, which is every school, now have legal obligations around consent, breach notification, and data governance. We help schools meet those obligations before they become penalties.
