Mr. Rakesh Yadav brings over frontline leadership, operational command, and national-level security experience to Golden Circles Consultancy. For Mr. Yadav, safety is not a compliance exercise — it is a life skill.
He believes that “Every student must learn safety as a habit — a mindset they carry everywhere: on the road, at home, in school, and eventually in the workplace.”

I have always believed that safety is not a rule, it is a habit we build. Whether it is the way we drive, cross a road, or make decisions, safety begins with awareness and respect for life.
Studying in the IB and later at McGill University shaped how I see systems, society, and responsibility.
History taught me that communities thrive when people feel secure. Political science showed me that good systems protect those within them.
Golden Circles Consultancy was born at that intersection.
